Are you a seasoned procurement professional with a deep technical understanding of electrical components? Bukaka Teknik Utama is seeking a highly motivated Procurement Electrical Specialist to join our dynamic team in Cileungsi. In this role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain for electrical materials, ensuring that our manufacturing and infrastructure projects are supplied with high-quality components on time and within budget.
As our Procurement Electrical expert, you will bridge the gap between technical engineering requirements and strategic sourcing. You will negotiate with top-tier vendors, monitor market trends for electrical commodities, and optimize our procurement processes to maintain our competitive edge in the manufacturing sector.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for electrical materials and equipment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international electrical component suppliers.
- Conduct thorough price analysis and negotiations to optimize cost-efficiency without compromising quality.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team to verify technical specifications of requested items.
- Manage end-to-end procurement cycles, from purchase order issuance to final delivery and inspection.
- Monitor vendor performance, lead times, and compliance with company safety and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory and procurement records in the ERP system.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, specifically focusing on electrical components/industrial machinery.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical spare parts, cabling, automation components, and power systems.
- Proficiency in ERP software (SAP or similar) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of cost reduction.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Fluency in Indonesian and proficiency in English are preferred.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
