You will manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle—from identifying reliable vendors and negotiating competitive contracts to overseeing timely delivery and quality assurance. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies to support project timelines and operational goals.
- Analyze technical specifications and blueprints to ensure accurate vendor quotes and product suitability.
- Conduct thorough market research and vendor evaluations to maintain a robust and compliant supplier database.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) to maximize cost-efficiency and performance.
- Monitor the procurement process from purchase order issuance to final delivery, resolving any logistics or compliance bottlenecks.
- Prepare detailed procurement reports, including cost analysis and budget tracking, for project management reviews.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, finance, and site operations teams to streamline resource acquisition.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Civil, or related field).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably within the manufacturing, oil & gas, or construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement software (ERP systems) and MS Office suite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering requirements.
- Proven expertise in contract negotiation, supplier relationship management, and vendor auditing.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple procurement workflows simultaneously in the Dumai region.
