Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to optimize costs and supply chain reliability.
- Manage end-to-end purchasing processes, from issuing Purchase Orders (PO) to coordinating with logistics for timely arrival.
- Identify, evaluate, and cultivate long-term relationships with reliable local and international suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure maximum value for the company.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to anticipate price fluctuations and supply disruptions.
- Coordinate closely with production and warehouse departments to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/Procurement software.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong command of written and spoken English and Indonesian.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive 'can-do' attitude.
