We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Import Staff to join our dynamic logistics team in Jakarta Utara. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our supply chain efficiency by managing end-to-end import procurement processes, coordinating with international vendors, and ensuring compliance with Indonesian import regulations.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end import procurement cycle, from purchase order issuance to shipment tracking.
  • Coordinate closely with overseas suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any shipment discrepancies.
  • Handle import documentation, including BL, Packing List, Invoice, and Certificate of Origin, ensuring strict compliance with customs regulations.
  • Collaborate with the customs brokerage and logistics team to ensure smooth clearance processes at the port.
  • Monitor and update the status of incoming shipments in the ERP system to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Analyze vendor performance, cost-efficiency, and lead times to optimize procurement strategies.
  • Perform regular administrative tasks related to international trade and financial reporting for import payments.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Import Staff, Purchasing Staff, or similar role in a manufacturing/trading company.
  • Strong command of English (written and verbal) is mandatory for effective communication with international partners.
  • Deep understanding of Indonesian import regulations, incoterms, and customs procedures (PPJK).
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously.
