Are you an organized professional with a passion for operational excellence? PT Rasa Gaya is looking for a detail-oriented Procurement & Inventory Administrator to join our expanding team in Bali. In this role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain, ensuring that our three high-traffic locationsâskincare studios, salons, and clothing boutiquesâare consistently stocked and operating at peak efficiency.
You will take full ownership of the end-to-end purchasing process, from vendor communication and price negotiation to inventory tracking and stock replenishment. We are looking for someone who can bridge the gap between our business needs and our supplier network, ensuring the highest quality of materials while maintaining cost-effectiveness. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, vendor selection, and price negotiation for all skincare, salon, and boutique supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels across three distinct locations to ensure zero stockouts and minimize carrying costs.
- Perform regular physical stock audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies in the system.
- Coordinate with local vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Track and manage purchase orders (POs) from issuance to receipt and payment processing.
- Analyze inventory turnover and consumption patterns to optimize reorder points and procurement schedules.
- Ensure all internal departments have the necessary equipment and materials to provide exceptional service.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Procurement Officer, Inventory Administrator, or a similar logistics role.
- Strong proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed purchasing decisions.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask across different business units.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Bali.
