Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies to optimize costs without compromising quality.
- Identify, evaluate, and establish strong relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) with third-party partners.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure seamless manufacturing and transportation operations.
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on pricing trends and industry innovations.
- Collaborate with the finance and production departments to align procurement activities with budgetary goals.
- Maintain meticulous records of purchase orders, contracts, and vendor performance metrics.
- Lead and mentor junior procurement staff to ensure departmental efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in a procurement or purchasing leadership role.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and logistics workflows within the Indonesian market.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using ERP software and advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to solve complex supply chain challenges.
- Fluency in Indonesian; professional proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
- Currently residing in or willing to relocate to Denpasar, Bali.
