Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.
- Manage end-to-end supplier lifecycle, including sourcing, qualification, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with business objectives and product development timelines.
- Analyze market trends and supply chain risks to proactively mitigate potential disruptions.
- Oversee vendor compliance and ensure adherence to Henkelâs global sustainability and ethical sourcing standards.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to optimize purchasing processes and reduce total cost of ownership.
- Provide insightful reporting on spend analysis, KPIs, and budgetary performance to senior leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of managing complex supplier contracts.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and data visualization tools.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of regional and global market dynamics, particularly within the Singaporean business landscape.
