Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies to support organizational growth in the Indonesian market.
- Manage the end-to-end sourcing process, including vendor identification, selection, qualification, and performance evaluation.
- Lead contract negotiations to ensure cost-efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with production schedules and operational requirements.
- Monitor market trends and commodity pricing to proactively manage supply risks and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain high standards of vendor compliance, ensuring all sourcing activities adhere to internal policies and local regulations.
- Analyze procurement data and generate reports to track KPIs and provide actionable insights for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably in a manufacturing or cross-border logistics environment.
- Full professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and Indonesian is required for this role.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of managing high-value vendor contracts.
- Deep understanding of international trade, import/export regulations, and Indonesian local procurement practices.
- Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup/growth environment with high autonomy.
