Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals and market trends.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic suppliers to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery of materials.
- Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service level agreements.
- Monitor and analyze market conditions and commodity pricing to mitigate supply chain risks.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders in manufacturing and logistics to forecast inventory needs.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements to optimize procurement cycles.
- Maintain compliance with local regulations and company procurement policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Proven track record in vendor management and complex contract negotiation.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Deep understanding of supply chain dynamics and inventory management best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
