Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute effective procurement strategies that drive cost savings and operational efficiency.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service to ensure optimal value for the company.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure supply chain continuity.
  • Analyze market trends and pricing fluctuations to adjust procurement strategies proactively.
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on procurement performance, savings, and supply chain metrics.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Deep understanding of supply chain processes and vendor management.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and professional proficiency in English is a plus.
