Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective procurement strategies that drive cost savings and operational efficiency.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service to ensure optimal value for the company.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure supply chain continuity.
- Analyze market trends and pricing fluctuations to adjust procurement strategies proactively.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Prepare and present regular reports on procurement performance, savings, and supply chain metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Deep understanding of supply chain processes and vendor management.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
- Fluent in Indonesian and professional proficiency in English is a plus.
