Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies to support organizational growth and cost-saving objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliability, quality, and competitive pricing.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
- Monitor market trends and commodity prices to anticipate potential risks and opportunities in the supply chain.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Operations, Logistics) to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to delivery and payment reconciliation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline purchasing workflows and enhance vendor performance metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Proven track record in managing complex vendor contracts and large-scale procurement projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed, strategic decisions.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of local and international trade regulations, compliance, and logistics processes.
