We are currently seeking a strategic and results-oriented Procurement Manager to lead our supply chain and purchasing operations in Cikande, Banten. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring cost efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards for our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of vendor management, contract negotiation, and material sourcing in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies to support manufacturing production schedules.
- Manage the entire procurement lifecycle, from requisition and vendor selection to contract negotiation and final delivery.
- Evaluate and monitor supplier performance through KPIs to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Production, Finance, Logistics) to forecast material needs and optimize inventory levels.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements across the supply chain.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical sourcing standards.
- Maintain and update vendor databases and documentation in accordance with internal auditing requirements.
- Analyze market trends and economic conditions to anticipate pricing fluctuations and potential supply risks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to manage high-value vendor contracts.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Deep knowledge of local and international supply chain regulations and logistics processes.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.
