We are seeking an experienced and strategic Procurement Manager to lead our sourcing initiatives and optimize supply chain operations within the FMCG and manufacturing sectors. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing both Raw Materials (RM) and Indirect procurement, ensuring that we secure high-quality goods at competitive prices while fostering strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers. You will lead a cross-functional team to drive cost reduction strategies, analyze market trends, and implement robust supplier management frameworks to ensure operational excellence and business continuity.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with company objectives for both Raw Materials and Indirect categories.
- Manage the end-to-end sourcing process, including market analysis, supplier identification, negotiation, and contract finalization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers to ensure service level agreements are met.
- Analyze cost structures and market data to identify savings opportunities and drive cost optimization initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure material availability and supply chain efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Procurement, preferably within FMCG or Manufacturing industries.
- Proven track record in managing RM and Indirect procurement with strong negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of logistics and inventory management principles.
