We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Manager to join our team in West Jakarta. In this critical role, you will oversee all procurement activities for our marine subsidiaries, focusing specifically on the sourcing of materials, spares, and services for tanker vessels. You will play a key role in ensuring cost efficiency, operational reliability, and strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for marine spares, equipment, stores, and services required for tanker vessel operations.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers, both local and international, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve maximum value.
- Coordinate closely with technical teams, vessel engineers, and fleet managers to forecast requirements and expedite critical orders.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with Indonesian shipping regulations (e.g., BKPM, Customs) and company policies.
- Monitor market trends, commodity prices, and supply chain risks affecting the marine industry.
- Prepare regular reports on procurement KPIs, savings, and supplier performance for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant procurement experience within the shipping or marine industry, specifically with tanker vessels.
- Strong knowledge of marine engineering spares, machinery, and vessel operational needs.
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Proficient in ERP systems (Oracle JD Edwards, SAP, or similar).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
- Professional certification (e.g., CIPS, ISM, CPSM) is highly advantageous.
