Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle for MRO materials and services
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery criteria
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize pricing and terms
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define procurement requirements
- Monitor inventory levels and implement just-in-time delivery systems
- Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Maintain supplier relationships and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in manufacturing or industrial sector
- Expertise in MRO procurement processes and vendor management
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of Indonesian import/export regulations
- Ability to analyze data and prepare procurement reports
