Progress Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Officer to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Utara. In this role, you will play a critical part in our supply chain operations, ensuring that our procurement processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with company standards. You will serve as a key point of contact for internal departments and external vendors, managing administrative tasks and supporting management with operational excellence.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including vendor sourcing, quotation analysis, and purchase order issuance.
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal departments and external suppliers to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to management for both professional and personal business requirements.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely supply chain fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate procurement documentation, vendor databases, and contract records.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and reliable service providers.
  • Resolve any issues related to order delays, quality discrepancies, or delivery challenges promptly.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or general administrative support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and ERP software experience is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build effective vendor relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in both Indonesian and English is highly preferred.
