Tanggung Jawab
- Research and evaluate vendors to identify optimal sourcing solutions aligned with quality requirements and budget constraints
- Conduct price negotiations and contract management to secure favorable terms for procurement activities
- Oversee end-to-end procurement processes including purchase order generation, delivery tracking, and invoice verification
- Maintain accurate supplier databases and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure strict adherence to company procurement policies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory compliance
- Analyze market trends and cost-saving opportunities to enhance procurement efficiency
- Collaborate with logistics and production teams to align procurement strategies with operational needs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or purchasing roles
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and cost structures
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with vendor relationship expertise
- Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations and compliance standards
- Detail-oriented with proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for cross-functional collaboration
