Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, evaluate, and select qualified vendors to meet company requirements
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Monitor vendor performance and implement improvement strategies as needed
- Prepare and manage procurement documentation including contracts and purchase orders
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations
- Analyze procurement data and prepare reports for management review
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and develop solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement or vendor management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of procurement processes, contracts, and supply chain management
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
