Veolia is a global leader in optimized resource management, and we are currently seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Procurement Officer (Raw Material) to join our team in Pasuruan. In this role, you will play a critical part in our supply chain operations, ensuring the seamless procurement of raw materials that drive our manufacturing processes.
As our Procurement Officer, you will be the bridge between our operations and our suppliers. You will be responsible for end-to-end purchasing activities, ensuring that all materials are sourced at the best value, meet our stringent quality standards, and arrive on time to prevent production downtime. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for raw materials, from requisition to final delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, reliable lead times, and high-quality material standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production planning to ensure timely procurement.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Ensure all purchasing activities strictly comply with Veolia’s internal policies and safety/compliance regulations.
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to track incoming shipments and manage documentation.
- Prepare regular procurement reports, including purchase orders, cost comparisons, and supplier performance metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of raw material procurement processes and supply chain dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Indonesian and good command of English is a plus.
