Tanggung Jawab
- Optimize end-to-end procurement processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for optimal terms
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and strategic sourcing options
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulatory requirements, and sustainability standards
- Develop and maintain procurement documentation including RFPs, contracts, and reports
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives
- Implement procurement technologies and process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of procurement/supply chain experience in a corporate environment
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
- Certification in CIPS or related procurement qualification preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
