Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle for goods and services required for company operations.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors to maintain high-quality supply standards.
- Conduct price negotiations to ensure cost efficiency without compromising product quality.
- Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documentation accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to meet operational demands.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of suppliers and track performance against key KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze market trends to provide recommendations for strategic sourcing and cost reduction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Strong understanding of vendor management, contract negotiation, and procurement software (ERP).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is highly preferred.
