In this critical role, you will be the heartbeat of our supply chain operations, managing direct material procurement, OEM partnerships, and complex logistics networks.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for direct materials and OEM requirements.
- Manage end-to-end procurement cycles, from vendor selection and negotiation to contract finalization and order fulfillment.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance through KPIs, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery are consistently met.
- Analyze market trends and cost structures to identify opportunities for cost efficiency without compromising product quality.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehousing teams to optimize supply chain flows and inventory levels.
- Ensure all procurement activities strictly adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and legal compliance.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and local/international suppliers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably within the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of direct material procurement, OEM processes, and logistics operations.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of achieving significant cost savings.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
