Bayan Resources is seeking a highly analytical and process-driven Procurement Senior Staff to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Selatan. As a key player in our supply chain operations, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process for materials, equipment, spare parts, and fuel. This role demands a sharp eye for detail, strong negotiation skills, and a commitment to ensuring operational efficiency across our business units.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective procurement strategies to ensure the timely delivery of essential materials, spare parts, and fuel.
- Manage the entire procurement lifecycle, from requisition and vendor selection to final delivery and invoice reconciliation.
- Negotiate competitive pricing, terms, and service level agreements (SLAs) with key domestic and international suppliers.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential cost-saving opportunities and supply risk mitigation strategies.
- Maintain and optimize inventory levels by coordinating closely with internal departments to anticipate operational needs.
- Ensure all procurement activities strictly adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and legal regulations.
- Perform regular supplier performance evaluations to ensure quality and reliability standards are consistently met.
- Prepare detailed reports on procurement metrics, spend analysis, and inventory status for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in procurement, specifically within the mining, manufacturing, or heavy equipment industries.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles, including strategic sourcing and vendor management.
- Proficiency in using ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex operational challenges.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
