BRIK Construction is seeking an experienced Procurement Spare Part Specialist to optimize operational efficiency for our Ready Mix units. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement process for Ready Mix spare parts including RFQ, vendor selection, and contract negotiation
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock rotation to prevent operational delays
- Analyze consumption patterns to forecast future spare part requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships with qualified suppliers and vendors
- Prepare and manage procurement budgets with cost-saving initiatives
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to align procurement schedules with operational needs
- Implement and improve procurement documentation and reporting systems
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years in procurement/supply chain with focus on industrial spare parts
- Experience in construction or manufacturing industry preferred
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and procurement software
- Technical understanding of Ready Mix equipment components
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
