Global Energi Lestari is a leading player in the coal mining industry, committed to operational excellence and sustainable energy solutions. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Procurement Sparepart Heavy Equipment professional to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Selatan.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our site operations, ensuring that the supply chain for essential heavy equipment spare parts, personal protective equipment (PPE), and operational supplies remains uninterrupted. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement processes, negotiating with strategic vendors, and ensuring that all materials reach our mining sites efficiently and cost-effectively.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full cycle of procurement for heavy equipment spare parts, ensuring optimal inventory levels to support mining site operations.
- Execute purchasing activities for operational supplies and PPE, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating terms to secure the best pricing, lead times, and payment conditions.
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate stock reconciliation.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Prepare comprehensive procurement reports and track departmental KPIs for management review.
- Ensure all procurement documentation and contracts are processed in accordance with company policy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in procurement, specifically focusing on heavy equipment spare parts or industrial components.
- Deep understanding of mining industry supply chain processes and technical knowledge of heavy machinery parts.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to manage multiple vendors effectively.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Willingness to travel to mining sites when required.
