Roxy Group is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our growing team in Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will play a critical part in optimizing our supply chain operations by managing the end-to-end procurement process for goods and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vendor management, strategic sourcing, and cost optimization, ensuring that our manufacturing and logistics operations run seamlessly.
You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, evaluate supplier performance, and negotiate competitive contracts. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, from requisition handling to vendor payment reconciliation.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
- Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Monitor and analyze market trends to provide data-driven insights for strategic sourcing decisions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure procurement needs align with manufacturing and logistics project timelines.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Conduct regular supplier performance audits to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain roles.
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end procurement process, specifically within the manufacturing or logistics sectors.
- Proven ability to negotiate with vendors and build long-term professional relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local equivalents).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
