Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to delivery, across all clinic locations.
- Sourcing and vendor management: Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers to meet organizational needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to secure the best value for the company.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast procurement requirements to prevent stock shortages or overstocking.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand operational needs and ensure timely procurement of goods.
- Ensure strict compliance with company procurement policies and regulatory standards.
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to recommend strategic purchasing decisions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of procurement procedures, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
