Join PFI Mega Life's dynamic procurement team and drive strategic sourcing initiatives that optimize our supply chain operations. As a Procurement Specialist, you'll be instrumental in negotiating favorable terms with vendors, managing procurement systems, and implementing cost-saving measures across manufacturing and logistics operations. This role requires a blend of analytical rigor, relationship-building expertise, and process optimization skills to ensure seamless procurement workflows while maintaining budgetary control. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align purchasing strategies with organizational goals and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in our procurement framework.
Tanggung Jawab
- End-to-end procurement lifecycle management including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract administration
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality, timely delivery, and competitive pricing
- Analyze market trends and procurement data to identify cost optimization opportunities
- Implement and enhance procurement systems/processes for improved efficiency and compliance
- Monitor and manage procurement budgets with rigorous cost control measures
- Coordinate with logistics and manufacturing teams to align procurement with operational needs
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies, sustainability standards, and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in manufacturing/logistics sectors
- Strong negotiation skills with proven track record in vendor management
- Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Advanced analytical skills for budgeting and cost analysis
- Certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS) is advantageous
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
