In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational success, ensuring that high-quality materials and services are sourced cost-effectively and delivered on time to support our manufacturing and logistics goals.
You will manage end-to-end purchasing processes, build strong vendor relationships, and implement strategic sourcing initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong negotiation skills combined with analytical prowess to optimize our inventory and procurement costs.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective procurement strategies to ensure timely acquisition of goods and services.
- Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, performance evaluation, and dispute resolution.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and reliable alternative suppliers.
- Process purchase requisitions and ensure all documentation complies with company procurement policies.
- Collaborate with internal departments to forecast material requirements and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Monitor and track supplier performance regarding quality, lead times, and pricing.
- Prepare regular procurement reports, including cost analysis and performance metrics for management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel skills preferred).
- Solid understanding of supply chain management concepts, logistics, and inventory control.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
