As our Procurement Specialist, you will manage end-to-end purchasing operations, ensuring that we receive the highest quality materials and services at the most competitive costs. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with our vendors, managing contract compliance, and implementing risk management strategies to ensure seamless project delivery. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end procurement processes, from vendor identification to final payment reconciliation.
- Negotiate terms and pricing with suppliers to achieve optimal cost-savings without compromising on quality.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate performance through regular audits and feedback loops.
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and local regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including purchase orders, contracts, and delivery logs.
- Monitor market trends and supply chain risks to proactively adjust procurement strategies.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align purchasing needs with project timelines and budgetary constraints.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Deep understanding of cost-benefit analysis and strategic sourcing methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic real estate environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to risk management.
