As a key player in our supply chain operations, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring that all acquisitions of goods and services are conducted efficiently, transparently, and in alignment with company regulations and industry standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full procurement cycle, from identifying requirements and issuing Requests for Quotation (RFQ) to contract finalization and vendor performance monitoring.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify reliable suppliers and ensure competitive pricing for materials and services.
- Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of critical resources and operational materials.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies, government regulations, and ethical procurement standards.
- Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing structures with new and existing suppliers to secure the best value for the organization.
- Prepare comprehensive procurement reports, audits, and documentation for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably within a public utility or manufacturing company.
- Strong proficiency in procurement software (ERP systems) and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Deep understanding of Indonesian procurement laws, government regulations, and contract management best practices.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
