Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end procurement processes from supplier identification to contract closure
- Ensure all procurement activities align with company policies and regulatory standards
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and vendors
- Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and innovation potential
- Manage supplier performance evaluation and relationship development
- Prepare and maintain procurement budgets and track expenditure
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align procurement with operational needs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of procurement experience in manufacturing/logistics sector
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record in cost reduction initiatives
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
