PT Cipta Orion Metal is looking for a dedicated and strategic Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team in Jatiuwung, Banten. In this key role, you will play a vital part in our supply chain operations, managing the entire procurement lifecycle from sourcing to contract execution. We are seeking a proactive professional who excels at building strong supplier relationships and driving cost efficiency.
As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying high-quality vendors, negotiating favorable terms, and ensuring the timely delivery of materials that meet our production standards. You will oversee the end-to-end purchasing process, including Purchase Order (PO) management and contract administration, ensuring strict compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing of raw materials and goods.
- Manage and maintain a robust database of suppliers, conducting regular performance evaluations to ensure quality and reliability.
- Create, review, and manage Purchase Orders (PO) and contracts, ensuring all terms are accurate and legally compliant.
- Analyze market trends and supplier pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement strategies.
- Coordinate closely with internal production and logistics teams to ensure material availability and timely delivery.
- Resolve supply chain disruptions and vendor issues promptly to minimize impact on operations.
- Prepare procurement reports and documentation to track spending and supplier performance metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable contracts and pricing.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Fluency in English is an advantage.
