Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply chain.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition and RFQ preparation to purchase order issuance and delivery tracking.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors to maximize company profitability.
- Monitor market trends and commodity prices to provide strategic sourcing insights to management.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing suppliers to ensure consistent service quality.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Logistics, and Operations) to align procurement strategies with production timelines.
- Conduct regular performance audits of vendors to ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or strategic sourcing roles.
- Proven track record of successful vendor negotiations and contract management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed purchasing decisions.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
