Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-quality overseas vendors to meet organizational requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to optimize procurement costs.
- Monitor and track purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain comprehensive records of supplier contracts, agreements, and procurement activities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to forecast material needs and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Resolve supply chain disruptions, discrepancies, or quality issues with international partners.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitive pricing.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably with international vendors.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data for decision-making.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
- Detail-oriented with a deep understanding of import/export regulations and international logistics.
