Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for goods and services
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers
- Conduct market research to identify optimal procurement sources
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and procurement policies
- Prepare and process purchase orders with accurate documentation
- Analyze supplier performance and address contractual issues
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments
- Implement cost-saving initiatives in procurement operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of procurement experience in manufacturing/logistics
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems
- Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations and SOPs
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a contract position
