Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic procurement plans for property development projects
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal pricing and terms
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes from requisition to payment
- Analyze market trends and recommend innovative cost-saving solutions
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors
- Monitor supplier performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare and manage procurement budgets and expense tracking
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of procurement experience, preferably in property/construction industry
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
