Tanggung Jawab
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for automotive components and materials based on quality, cost, and delivery requirements
- Manage procurement processes from requisition to payment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve supply chain efficiency
- Collaborate with engineering teams to review CAD blueprints and technical specifications for purchased components
- Handle import-export documentation and compliance requirements for international procurement activities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliable supply and favorable terms
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock while minimizing costs
- Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, and cost analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field in the automotive industry
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting CAD blueprints and technical specifications
- Strong knowledge of import-export procedures, documentation, and compliance requirements
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication skills
- Experience with procurement software and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate supplier performance and market trends
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving cost-effective solutions without compromising quality
