Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the development and implementation of effective procurement and sourcing strategies.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, from requisition to final delivery and payment.
- Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Analyze market trends and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure material and service requirements are met on time.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and relevant documentation accurately.
- Monitor vendor performance and resolve any supply chain discrepancies or quality issues.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all procurement activities for audit and reporting purposes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles.
- Strong knowledge of procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Good understanding of local and international trade regulations.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.
