Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the procurement lifecycle for construction materials, machinery, and services.
  • Conduct market research to identify cost-effective suppliers and negotiate favorable contracts.
  • Prepare and issue accurate purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality standards and service levels are met.
  • Analyze spending patterns and implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize the budget.
  • Collaborate with project managers to forecast material requirements and schedule deliveries.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all transactions and prepare regular procurement reports.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
  • Experience in the construction or industrial sector is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of procurement policies, contract negotiation, and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
