Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the procurement lifecycle for construction materials, machinery, and services.
- Conduct market research to identify cost-effective suppliers and negotiate favorable contracts.
- Prepare and issue accurate purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality standards and service levels are met.
- Analyze spending patterns and implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize the budget.
- Collaborate with project managers to forecast material requirements and schedule deliveries.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all transactions and prepare regular procurement reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Experience in the construction or industrial sector is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of procurement policies, contract negotiation, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
