Tanggung Jawab
- Sourcing and vetting suppliers for raw materials and components
- Negotiating commercial terms and contracts with vendors
- Managing procurement processes to ensure timely delivery
- Collaborating with production/engineering teams for material planning
- Analyzing market trends and identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Maintaining supplier relationships and performance monitoring
- Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering
- 3+ years procurement experience in manufacturing/automotive
- Advanced English communication skills (written/spoken)
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office
- Strong negotiation and analytical abilities
- Knowledge of Indonesian trade regulations
- Experience with EV or battery components preferred
