Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for operational goods, services, and site facility projects.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers to maintain a high-quality supply base.
- Conduct thorough market research and price analysis to ensure cost-efficiency for the company.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with vendors to meet project timelines.
- Handle procurement administration, including purchase orders (PO), contracts, and documentation compliance.
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders and site management to identify and fulfill material needs.
- Monitor vendor performance and resolve any discrepancies in deliveries or quality issues promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably within the manufacturing or plantation industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of cost savings and vendor management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems or procurement management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of supply chain processes and procurement legalities.
