You will be responsible for end-to-end procurement cycles, including strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and continuous vendor performance management. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for warehouse and transportation logistics services.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, from request for quotation (RFQ) to contract execution and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with key suppliers to ensure service level agreement (SLA) compliance.
- Analyze market trends and pricing data to ensure cost-efficiency and supply chain stability.
- Collaborate with internal logistics and warehouse departments to identify bottlenecks and procurement requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate vendor performance regularly, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure all procurement documentation and contracts comply with company policies and legal regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement, specifically within the logistics or manufacturing sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Deep understanding of local transportation and warehousing vendor landscapes.
- High attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple vendors under tight deadlines.
- Ability to perform analytical tasks and translate data into actionable procurement strategies.
