Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking suppliers, ensuring clear communication and accurate documentation.
- Evaluate and monitor supplier performance to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain and update procurement records, databases, and reports with high precision.
- Collaborate with internal departments to anticipate procurement needs and manage inventory levels effectively.
- Identify potential risks in the supply chain and implement proactive solutions to mitigate them.
- Assist in the development of long-term supply strategies to support company growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory to facilitate international communication.
- Prior experience in a procurement or supply chain role, preferably within the manufacturing or steel industry.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and ERP systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a high-growth startup environment.
