Tanggung Jawab
- Execute end-to-end procurement processes for all non-material operational and production requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
- Lead price negotiations and service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors to optimize procurement costs.
- Monitor and track purchase orders (PO) to ensure goods are delivered within the requested lead times.
- Maintain and update the vendor database and procurement records for audit compliance.
- Collaborate with internal departments to anticipate non-material needs and prevent production bottlenecks.
- Analyze purchasing patterns to propose improvements in procurement strategies and inventory management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of numerical accuracy.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel).
- Deep understanding of supply chain logistics, contract management, and vendor relationship management.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
