Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.
- Identify, qualify, and select potential suppliers to ensure a diverse and competitive vendor base.
- Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors to maximize value.
- Analyze market trends, pricing data, and competitor activities to optimize spend and reduce costs.
- Monitor supplier performance and implement quality control measures to ensure service excellence.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand operational requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of successful negotiation and vendor relationship management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
