Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective procurement strategies to meet company supply requirements.
- Source, vet, and maintain a robust network of reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Conduct thorough negotiations to secure the best pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Manage the end-to-end Purchase Order (PO) process from requisition to final delivery.
- Monitor market trends and commodity prices to provide data-driven purchasing recommendations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure supply chain alignment with daily business operations.
- Perform regular vendor performance reviews to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation, records, and inventory reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles.
- Strong understanding of procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local equivalents).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
