Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, ensuring that all purchase requests are processed accurately and within set timelines.
- Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable vendors to ensure cost-efficiency and high-quality supplies.
- Perform meticulous verification of invoices against purchase orders and delivery receipts to prevent discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely payment processing to all vendors.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all procurement-related documentation, including contracts and agreements.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Conduct regular market research to analyze price trends and optimize procurement costs for the company.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing roles.
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and familiar with ERP or procurement software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to maintain professional relationships with various vendors.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of tax regulations and administrative procedures related to procurement in Indonesia.
