You will play a pivotal role in vendor management, contract negotiation, and inventory tracking, ensuring that our procurement processes are seamless and scalable as we continue to expand our digital footprint.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective procurement strategies to ensure timely acquisition of goods and services.
- Source, vet, and manage relationships with local and international vendors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct thorough market research and price analysis to ensure the company receives the best value for its investments.
- Negotiate terms, conditions, and contracts with suppliers to optimize company savings.
- Oversee the end-to-end purchasing process, including purchase order issuance, delivery tracking, and payment processing.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Maintain comprehensive records of procurement transactions and vendor performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to identify operational needs and provide procurement support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and experience with ERP/Procurement software.
- Deep understanding of market trends, sourcing strategies, and vendor management best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English is highly preferred.
