Wilian Perkasa, a prominent leader in the palm oil plantation and processing industry in Riau, is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Staff to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the seamless flow of our supply chain operations by managing the strategic acquisition of goods and services necessary for our plantation and industrial production.
The successful candidate will be responsible for navigating vendor relationships, negotiating optimal pricing, and ensuring that all procurement activities align with our high standards for quality and operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including purchase requisitions, order processing, and delivery monitoring.
- Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors in the palm oil sector.
- Negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and finance departments to reconcile delivery documents and invoices.
- Perform regular market research to monitor price fluctuations and supply availability of industrial materials.
- Maintain comprehensive procurement records and update inventory management systems accurately.
- Resolve any supply chain discrepancies or quality issues with vendors promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the manufacturing or plantation industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and ERP software (SAP or similar).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Deep understanding of local suppliers and supply chain logistics in the Riau region.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.
